Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription from the Subscription page, accessible via the 'View Plans' button in the top navigation bar or from your profile settings.

Viewing Your Current Plan

Your current plan name and status are always visible in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. It shows the plan name, whether it is Active or Expired, and the valid-until date.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade, visit the Subscription page and click 'Upgrade Now' on the plan you want. Payment is processed through Razorpay. Your new plan features will be available immediately after successful payment.

Renewing Your Subscription

You can renew your subscription before it expires using the 'Renew Monthly' button on the Subscription page. Early renewals stack — if you renew 10 days before expiry, the new period starts from your current expiry date, not from today. You can also switch to yearly billing to save 13%.

What Happens When Your Plan Expires

When your subscription expires, you will not be able to send messages, create new contacts, or access most features. Your data is preserved and will be available once you renew. The dashboard will show a warning prompting you to renew or upgrade
