Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit chatber.com and sign up with your email address. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. Once verified, you will be redirected to the dashboard.
Step 2: Connect Your WhatsApp Business Account
Navigate to WhatsApp > Accounts from the top menu. Click 'Add Account' and follow the instructions to connect your WhatsApp Business API account. You will need your Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and a valid Access Token from Meta's Business Manager.
Step 3: Choose a Subscription Plan
Chatber offers four plans: Starter (₹799/mo), Growth (₹1,499/mo), Business (₹2,999/mo), and Enterprise (₹7,999/mo). Each plan includes different limits for subscribers, chat agents, templates, and features. Visit the Subscription page to activate your plan.
Step 4: Import or Add Contacts
Go to WhatsApp > Contacts to start building your audience. You can add contacts manually one by one, or use the bulk upload feature (CSV) available on all plans. Contacts are organized by groups and can be tagged for segmentation.
