If new messages are not appearing in the inbox until you refresh the page, the real-time WebSocket connection may have an issue.
Check Your Internet Connection
WebSocket connections require a stable internet connection. If your connection is intermittent, messages may not appear in real time. Try refreshing the page after reconnecting.
Browser Tab Inactive
Some browsers throttle WebSocket connections when the tab is in the background. If you switch back to the Chatber tab and do not see recent messages, simply click on the contact in the left panel to reload the conversation.
Clear Browser Cache
Outdated cached files can sometimes cause WebSocket issues. Try clearing your browser cache and doing a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
Contact Support
If the problem persists, submit a support ticket from Support & Help > New Ticket. Include your browser name and version, your operating system, and a description of the issue.
