How do I connect my WhatsApp Business account?
Go to WhatsApp → Accounts in your dashboard, click "Add Account," and enter your Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and Access Token from Meta's Business Manager. See our Tutorial for the full guide.
Why can't I send messages to a contact?
WhatsApp enforces a 24-hour window. If the contact hasn't messaged you in 24 hours, use an approved template message via the "Send Template" button in the inbox sidebar.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Visit the Subscription page from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?

How do chat agents work?
Create agent accounts from the Agents page. Each agent gets their own login and can handle inbox conversations. You control their permissions — what they can view and access.
Is API access available on all plans?
Yes, API access is on all plans. Monthly limits vary: Starter 50K, Growth 150K, Business 500K, and Enterprise unlimited. Generate tokens from WhatsApp → API Tokens.
