Chatber's chatbot builder lets you create automated conversation flows that respond to customer messages based on trigger keywords.

Creating a Chatbot

Navigate to WhatsApp > Chatbot and click 'Create Chatbot'. Give your chatbot a name, set it to Active, and define trigger keywords — these are the words customers type to start the chatbot flow (e.g., 'hi', 'hello', 'menu').

Flow Builder

The visual flow builder uses a drag-and-drop interface. You can add different node types: Message nodes send a text message, Button nodes present interactive buttons for the customer to choose from, List nodes show a selectable list of options, Condition nodes check the customer's response and branch the flow accordingly, and Input nodes wait for customer input before proceeding.

How Triggers Work

When a customer sends a message matching a trigger keyword, the chatbot automatically starts the flow. The flow processes nodes in sequence, waiting for customer responses at interactive nodes. If the customer is in an active flow, their responses are routed to the appropriate next node.

Chatbot Limits

The Starter plan allows basic chatbots with 5 flows. Growth supports 20 flows with conditional logic. Business includes AI-powered chatbots with unlimited flows. Enterprise includes custom chatbot development.
